1. Our Policy

We respect intellectual property rights and expect our users to do the same. It is our policy to:

  • Promptly respond to valid copyright infringement claims
  • Remove or disable access to infringing content
  • Terminate repeat infringers when appropriate

2. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe content hosted on our site infringes your copyright, you may file a DMCA Notice including the following information:

  • Your full name, mailing address, email, and phone number
  • A description of the copyrighted work being infringed
  • The exact URL where the infringing material is located
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is unauthorized
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information provided is accurate and you are the copyright owner or authorized agent
  • Your electronic or physical signature

Submit this notice through the contact form or footer contact link on the website. We review valid DMCA requests within 3–5 business days.

3. Counter Notification

If your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification including:

  • Your name, contact information, and signature
  • The URL of the content that was removed
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was due to mistake or misidentification
  • Consent to jurisdiction of the federal court in California (or your district, if outside the U.S.)

If a valid counter notice is received, we may restore the content within 10–14 business days unless the original claimant initiates legal action.

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

Users who are subject to multiple valid DMCA takedown notices may be banned or restricted from interacting with our platform (e.g. commenting, uploading content).

5. No Legal Advice

This policy is for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal advice. If you are unsure about whether your content is infringing, please consult an attorney.
